We recommend reaching out 9 to 14 months in advance for full planning and at least 4 to 6 months ahead for month-of coordination. That said, we love a beautifully executed short engagement too, so don't hesitate to ask.
Full planning starts at the very beginning: budgets, vendors, design, and timelines. Month-of coordination steps in during the final weeks to carry your finished plan across the finish line with calm, confident execution.
